Two kinds of stock
Every lot sits in one of two categories. Both are graded the same way; what differs is whether the phone still needs work.
Retail Ready
Fully functional, tested and graded, ready to sell on as they are. Grouped by model, storage, grade and carrier status.
Browse Retail Ready →Ready for Refurb
Graded stock with the specific fault listed — screen, housing, battery and so on. Priced lower, for buyers who repair.
Browse Ready for Refurb →Graded in our own facility
Every phone is tested, repaired where needed and graded on our floor in El Segundo, California, before it reaches a lot. That is why a lot can tell you the exact fault on a Ready for Refurb unit instead of a vague condition label.
Stock moves continuously and prices are recalculated every hour, so what you see on the site is what is actually on the shelf.
Buying volume across many models
Download the offer sheet: the whole catalogue in one spreadsheet, with quantities and per-unit prices. Fill in what you want, upload it, and every line goes in as an offer at once — the fastest route for multi-model or container-scale buying.
Common questions
Who can buy from 2ndlifephones Wholesale?
Businesses only. We sell to wholesale buyers, refurbishers, repair shops and retailers. An application with your business details is required before you can buy. We do not sell single handsets to consumers.
Are phones sold individually or in bulk?
In bulk lots. Stock is grouped into lots of identical model, storage, grade and condition, and each lot is priced per unit. You buy units from a lot rather than picking individual handsets.
What is the difference between Retail Ready and Ready for Refurb?
Retail Ready lots are fully functional, tested and graded, suitable for resale as they are. Ready for Refurb lots are graded stock with known faults or cosmetic damage, listed with the specific issue and priced lower, for buyers who repair.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes. Buy at the listed per-unit price, or submit an offer on any lot. Offers are reviewed manually and you are emailed the decision — accepted, countered or rejected. An accepted offer opens a 48-hour checkout window.
How do I pay, and how fast does stock ship?
Wire transfer only — no credit cards. A sales order reserves your units for 48 business hours; uploading a copy of the wire extends the hold by five business days while it clears. Stock ships within two business days of payment received.
Can I buy large volume across many models at once?
Yes — use the offer sheet. It lists the whole catalogue with quantities and per-unit prices; fill it in, upload it, and every line is submitted as an offer in one go.
Where does the stock come from, and can it be exported?
Used and refurbished inventory, graded at our El Segundo, California facility. Buyers certify at application that they comply with U.S. export controls, OFAC sanctions rules and anti-money-laundering law, and that product will not be diverted to sanctioned parties or regions.
